How we work
Our team members work with organisations and on projects and arts forms that they are passionate about. This helps keep our team motivated and excited and means our clients know that they are not only getting highly experienced and successful fundraisers, but also people who are authentic in their advocacy of their work. This does sometimes mean that we will turn down work that doesn’t fit with the team’s current interests but, when this happens, we will always try to identify another great fundraiser whose interests better align.
We do not tie our clients in
Whilst we give our clients contracts to comply with the Fundraising Code and GDPR, we do not tie our clients in. We want you to be happy working with us and keen to keep doing so. If at any point you feel you can find a better fit elsewhere, you are free to move on.
We put integrity at the heart of all we do
This means we do not hard sell, ever. We always give our best, most honest advice and we empower our clients to understand and make their own fundraising choices and build their in-house fundraising knowledge whilst working with us.
We work in teams of two or more
This means that if your consultant is off work, you have back up. This also means that every bid is designed and reviewed by two people, which has helped us maintain our high success rates despite dramatic reductions in the success rates of most funders in recent years.
We all focus on what we are great at
This means that sometimes our clients will work with several members of our team, because a consultant outside your team may have the highest success rates with an individual funder.
