Our International Apprenticeship program

We believe in breaking down the barriers that stand in the way of individuals becoming successful fundraisers and making our chosen career more inclusive and diverse. To achieve this we are committed to recruiting and training fundraisers in low income countries, starting in Kenya. We pay our apprentices the national average wage for the countries they live in, rather than an apprenticeship wage.

Our pro bono work

Our team occasionally work pro bono. We only offer this to small or start-up organisations where the founder is currently volunteering and there are no paid staff. If you wish to be considered for 2024 please send a 150 word summary to julie@thefundraisers.co.uk describing your project.

Artist Sponsorship
